Bluffdale Rodeo

On Sat. 8/22 Luke roped in the Bluffdale Rodeo. I love going to rodeos and when Luke ropes in them it makes it even more exciting to go! Luke always does really good when he ropes, but when it comes to rodeos he's never won anything. I think cause you only rope once and if you miss you're done. This time was kinda weird. Luke roped the steer just fine then the steer spun around and sat down. It's hard to explain what it did. The heeler didn't even have a chance, so they didn't win anything. We still had fun though!!

Alex & Payton both won $10 from chasing the cash cow! At least they won something!!!

BACK TO SCHOOL- '09

Time for school again!! Brinley has one more year of preschool. This year she started on 8/10. Alex started 3rd grade on 8/17. Here goes another school year!!!

From Baby to Big Girl

Chesnie is getting so big too fast!! On 7/29 Alex & Brinley put Chesnie in the play baby stroller and was pushing her around the house. Since then Chesnie has taken a few steps and on 8/14 she was playing with the stroller and stood up next to it and started walking with it. It's funny how one day they just get up and go!! She was so excited!!!

MY BIRTHDAY

I celebrated my 31st Birthday on July 25th. I was lucky to have Cedar here to celebrate it with me. During the day we went and ate lunch at the Cheesecake Factory, then we got pedicures after. It was so nice to just spend the day with her. That never happens!

Then later we had family over and we partied Luau Style. Luke called it Kenny Chesney Style. My family took over and did all the food. It was so good and so fun!My Cute Cake

Back to the Beach

On 7/24 we hit the beach again! Brandi & her kids (Ryde & Riley) came to hang out with us and to see Cedar. We just talked and the kids had a blast building sand castles. I wish Cedar lived her to go with us more and I need to see Brandi more often. It was a good time!!!

Life's a Beach!!!

MR. CHESNEY

Last Thurs. 7/23 Cedar & I had the privilege to be in Mr. Chesney's presence. All I can say is AHHHHHHH KENNY!! As you all know I'm one of his BIGGEST Fans and we were right by the stage in the "Sandbar." Having Kenny that close to us was a little intense! I honestly felt like I was gonna pee my pants when he came out. Now that I've experienced being that close I don't think I'll ever be able to go back up in the stands. It was a BLAST!! My only complaint was how HOT it was. With 102 degrees weather & thousands of people put together, it was pretty stinkin HOT!! I felt like I was melting. Other then that I haven't had that much fun in a long time. It definitely is was a night I will never forget!!!!

And there he was. Kenny definitely deserves getting Entertainer of the Year as many times as he has. He puts on such a great show. This was my 5th time seeing him and believe me this was not my last!! Sorry, I took tons of pictures and some of them are blurry cause Kenny's a hard one to caught. He's a firecraker!! I have to admit the camera LOVES him!!!
