Deakin's Blessing

Katie & her little family were in town from South Dakota for Thanksgiving, so on Nov. 28th Ian blessed Deakin. They did it a Luke's parents house. Luke's family & Ian's family were all there. It was the first time for alot of us to see Deakin in person. It was a really sweet blessing and it was really nice seeing Katie.

Thanksgiving / Birthday

We usually have Thanksgiving Dinner at my parents house, but this year we had it at our house. Brinley's actual Birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year. After all the yummy food I put candles in a chocolate pie and we sang Happy B-Day to Brinley!

Fancy Party

On Nov. 20th we celebrated Brinley's 6th Birthday. We celebrated "Fancy Nancy Style". I asked all the little girls to come in there most exquisite ensemble. We had sandwich, chips & pickles. I had them paint there own wands, decorate cupcakes & make ice cream sundaes. All the girls were so CUTE and they seemed to have alot of FUN!!

1 BIG Celebration

On Nov. 14th we had a big party at my parents house. Nov. 12th is Dustin's B-Day (turned 23), the 13th is Emree's B-Day (turned 8) & the 14th is Me & Luke's anniversary (12 years). There's alot of people in our family so we always have alot of reasons to celebrate!!!

Deer Friends

We always have deer that roam our neighborhood & our yard. They're around so much that they're not scared of us and we're so use to them that they've become more like the dogs in the neighborhood. On Nov. 13th I looked out our back window and saw these guys just hanging, taking a break in our grass and I think the our guy by the swing set was waiting to play with the kids. We love having them around and my kids love watching them. They've become our pretty good friends!!

Tanner's Baptism

On Nov. 6th my nephew Tanner (my sister Gina's son) was baptized. My Dad baptized him & Dustin confirmed him. I'm so proud of Tanner for making the choice to be baptized and become a member of the church!!

50's Halloween

For Halloween this year we were a 50's family. My Mom made all of our Poodle skirts and they turned out so CUTE! Alex was a T- Bird. I wrote T-Birds on his jacket and I have to admit it turned out pretty good. It was kinda cold so we didn't Trick-or-Treat for to long. After we trick-or-treated we went to my parents, then we went to Luke's parents to show them our costumes. It was a laid back night and alot of FUN!!
