Mandi's Visit

One of my very best friends Mandi came from Arizona for a much needed visit July 10th-15th. It had been 3 1/2 years since we had seen each other. We had so much fun just hanging out doing whatever. We went to Temple Square on the 13th & Seven Peaks Water park on the 14th. Other then that we just laid around alot, laughed alot & just enjoyed each others company.

KENNY

I never miss a Kenny Chesney concert and this year I was not gonna miss it. Kenny took a break for a year, so 2010 he didn't tour. I was so excited to see him again . I love his concerts and of course him. The tour was called "Goin' Coastal" and he brought along with him, Billy Currington and Uncle Kracker. Gina came along with me and we had a BLAST!! Kenny's concerts are always a GREAT time!!!

Ropin the Draper Rodeo

Luke roped in a few different rodeos this summer. Draper Rodeo was the first one. In all the rodeos Luke was in this summer he roped with his friends son J.D. Evans. They both did good & took 3rd place.

JULY 4th

This 4th of July we celebrated at Natalie & Kit's house. We had a B-B-Q & Kit bought some fireworks & put on his own show in their front yard. I love the 4th of July.

CHAMPS

June 30th was Alex's team pizza party. They were the Champions of their division so they got to celebrate & get their trophies! Good Job Boys!!!

School Dance Program

Every year at the end of the year Herriman Elementary has a dance program called "Dancing through the Decades" Each grade has a decade and does a dance from that decade. Alex's class was the 40's & they danced to "Cotton Eye Joe." Brinley's class was the 30's & they did the "Hokey Pokey." Before the program started a 4 year old little boy was with his family walking across the street to the school and he got ran over by a car. Life flight came a landed right in the field where the program was going to be. The little boy ended up being okay. It was just a really scary start to the whole thing.

I thought this was really cute. Alex got Best Animal Knowledge in his class. I don't think I've ever heard of that one.

Brin's Kindergarten Program

June 28th was Herriman Elementary's Kindergarten Program. There was 3 different classes in the program. They sang a few songs and then did the awards program. Now it's time to move on to 1st grade!!
