CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

I always like a good receipe. A couple of months ago I got this good cookie receipt from my mom. I've made them several times and every time they turned out so good. I love them, so I thought I'd share it. It's called "Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies" & they taste like Mrs. Fields cookies!
Here it is:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter (melted- then let it cool about a minute or two)
MIX TOGETHER
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 bag chocolate chips
MIX ALL THE INGREDENTS TOGETHER, SCOOP WITH ICE CREAM SCOOPER ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 325.

VALENTINE'S

Valentine's Party

Every year we have a Valentine's Party with our friends. We got together the night before Valentines on Friday the 13th at our house. We had a steak dinner and we always have a gift exchange. The "Do Not Disturb" door hanger was one of my gifts! It is my favorite party we have with friends. We always have a good time!!!Heather, Ben, & cute Mac

Draper Temple

On Feb. 7th I had the opportunity to go to the Draper temple. My friend Brandi had some extra tickets so she asked me if we wanted to go with them. So Alex, Brinley, & I went and Luke stayed home with Chesnie, he wasn't feeling to good. It was different then what I thought it was gonna be. I thought we just got to go in and walk through it and walk around and take pictures, but it was not like that. We first had to park at a church then we were taken on buses to the temple then just walked through and then we went through a tent thing into another church and had cookies, then back on the bus and taken to our cars. It was kinda crazy, but of course it was worth it to be able to let my kids see inside. They loved it. The temple was of course gorgeous and it is really up to date. It was fun being able to go, Thanks Brandi for inviting us!!

GO STEELERS

I love the Super Bowl! This year we had a party with my mom & dad & our friends Jesse, Tineil, & Carl. Luke & I were the only ones going for the Steelers. Luke has been a fan since he was little and I actually never even cared about football until I married Luke. He helps me understand the game and now I love watching it cuz I get it! Me being from Arizona I should have been going for the Cardinals, but I've crossed over and I'm now on the other side of the bleachers! It would have been nice for them to win a Super Bowl, but oh well "GO STEELERS"!

7 MONTHS

I'm really behind! Chesnie will be 8 months tomorrow, but I still wanted to do her 7th month. Chesnie is getting bigger every day. This month she started sitting up on her own and her back gets stronger every time. She dances more and says mama, dada, & bah bah ( I think that's how it's spelled, it's bottle) all the time. On Feb. 11th she rolled from back to stomach & then rolled to her back again. She is so dang cute and I'm so sad she's getting closer to 1 years old. I'm enjoying her so much as a baby! I don't want her to get big!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

I WANT TO WISH EVERYONE A VERY HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! I WANT TO TELL MY SWEETHEART THAT I LOVE HIM VERY MUCH!! I ALSO WANT TO TELL MANDI & BRANDON CONGRATULATIONS. THEY WERE SEALED TODAY IN THE MESA TEMPLE TO THEIR 2 SWEET KIDS, GAVIN & MADISEN. I WISH SO BAD I COULD HAVE BEEN THERE! YOU'RE IN MY THOUGHTS! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

HAPPY 2009

This New Years we just spent it at home with our friends Dan & Marcie & their kids. Elise & Ian stopped by to drop off Ainzlee & Emree and we all had a good laugh at their outfits. They were invited to a 70's themed New Years Party and they looked pretty dang good! Ian's hair was the best part of his outfit!Dan, Fisher, & Marcie

All the kids had a blast poppin poppers & making a mess but I didn't care, heck it's New Years!
