DARE grad

 Feb. 23, 2012 was Alex's 5th grade DARE graduation. It was really cute to listen & to see how much all the kids respected the Dare Officer that taught them everything, including Alex! I was really proud of what he accomplished & so was he!!

Sydnee's 14

Sydnee turned 14 on Feb. 11, 2012. On Feb. 18th we celebrated the big 1-4 with our family. We had dinner & brownies! I can't believe she's 14. She's such a SWEET girl & we sure do love her!!!

Surprise Melinda

One my Best friends Melinda turned 40 on Jan. 13th. I wanted to do something for her, so I decided to have a Surprise Party for her on Jan. 14th. I wanted turning 40 to be a Happy experience!! I invited her family & her closed friends over to our house. We had chili & my Mom made her Yummy/Beautiful cake! It was a big success. She had no idea & she had a great time! Happy 40th Birthday Melinda! Love Ya Tons!!!

How SWEET is this!!! Every night before I go to bed I check on the kids and one night I found Chesnie sleeping like this. I thought it was so SWEET, I had to take a picture of her!!

Dale's 60th

Luke's dad turned 60 on Jan. 10th, so we had a Surprise Party for him on the 8th of Jan. Luke's family came over to our house for dinner and Dale's favorite cake Red Velvet. Happy Birthday Dale!!!

B-Ball Player

Alex played basketball for the first time this year. He played on a Jr. Jazz team Dec. 3rd- Feb. 4th. The games were only on Saturdays. Alex is tall for his age so he made a perfect center for the team. He was always one of the first ones to rebound the ball. He did really good for his first time playing and he loved every minute of it! I think this is gonna be another sport that he's gonna add to his list to play every year!!

New Years 2012

Luke & Alex spent the whole day & into the New Year in Farmington for a New Years Roping. So Brinley, Chesnie & I went over to Elise's house for a party. We had all kinds of junk. There was popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, candy, you name it we had it. The kids had a blast! We only stayed til 10:30 pm though cause Chesnie couldn't last any longer. She's normally in bed by 8:00, so 10:30 was pushing it for her. I always love New Years. I'm looking forward to see what 2012 has in store for us!!

After we left Elise's we went home & I put Chesnie to bed. My neighbor Sonia next door had a big party at her house and invited all the neighbors. She was having a balloon drop a midnight. Julie was watching Cambrie & Shaelie, so we walked the girls over (minus Chesnie) at 12 to watch the balloons fall. We were there for about 10 minutes & went home. It was a fun way the ring in the new year!!!
