Bachlorette Dinner

A few days before Elise's wedding us ladies went out for a Bachlorette dinner. Everyone went out for pedicures before dinner, but I didn't go. I met them after. We ate at Red Robin. It's always fun to hang out with just the girls!

Last Day of School 2012-13

On my kids last day of school Drew, Chesnie & I went to the school to watch Alex say goodbye to Elementary. At Herriman Elementary on the last day all the kids come out of their class rooms and the 6th graders make a lap around the inside of the school and all the kids clap and cheer them on to junior high. It's crazy to me that Alex is no longer in elementary, it actually brought tears to my eyes watching him make his lap. It's exciting and sad at the same time. Brinley moves on to 3rd and Chesnie will start Kindergarten. "The days are long, but the years are short"

Chesnie's 5th Party

I had so much fun doing Chesnie's party this year. She wanted it to be Lalaloopsy themed and there is so much you can do with it. I spent weeks building Chesnie her own little lalaloopsy house out of cardboard boxes and pieces of material that my Mom had. We had a lot of lalaloopsy stuff already so I didn't have to buy much to use to decorate. I had it the same day as Herriman days. Grammy took Chesnie and Hallie to the carnival in the afternoon, so that's why Chesnie's face is painted. We had nachos and cupcakes to eat and watched fireworks. Chesnie had a great birthday and I still can't believe she's 5!!!
