MARCH B-DAYS

March is a busy month for us when it comes to birthdays. On March 7th we celebrated Elise, Drake, & Johnny's b-day. Their b-days are all a day apart. Elise- 8th, Johnny- 9th, & Drake- 10th. We had everyone over at our house, including Ian's family so it was a pretty big group. It's always fun though and my fam sure does know how to party!!!

March 6th Christina & I went to the Zac Brown Band concert. It was so much fun!! It was nice to get out just us two and have a great time! They are so good live and sound just the same in person. I would definitely see them again if I had the chance!

On Mar. 4 Alex had a science project due. He did the Mentos Bomb. You put mentos candy in different pops and see which one explodes and makes the mentos go the highest. Alex did it the night before and the morning when it was due we were finishing it as he was walking out the door. It wasn't the best we could do, but he ended up getting 3rd place.

FISHY FIELD TRIP

On Feb. 25th Brinley's preschool went on a field trip to the Aquarium. I was recovering from my gum surgery so I wasn't feeling very great, but I didn't want Brinley to miss this field trip. Thanks to pain meds I was able to get her there! It's always fun for the kids to go and see all the sea animals.

Happy B-Day Sydnee

On Feb. 11th Sydnee turned 12. Elise had a party for her at their house. She had spaghetti and some yummy brownies. I still can't believe she's 12!!

Alex didn't feel to good

OH MARKERS

This is what happens when you leave a 20 month old alone with a marker. I'm sure most mom's have experienced this. Alex & Brinley never colored on stuff and I trusted them alone with markers, but not Miss Chesnie. I left the room for a minute and this is what I found when I turned the corner to come up the stairs. Luckily it was washable!!!

Art Field Trip

Jan. 27th was Brinley's art field trip at Color Me Mine. Brinley painted a cute little Unicorn. She had so much fun painting and creating her own little piece of art!!!!
